I thought the last two in Exhalation were the best: Omphalos which is another of Chiang's trademark what-if-god-but-not-really stories, and Anxiety is the Dizziness of Freedom which is an interesting take on the parallel reality trope. The story is understated, quiet and humble, but is exciting and touching at the same time.
