They don't try to take advantage of the unemployed. The only reason I stayed with InsightGlobal was because of the fact that the job was fully remote. Again today I’ve had to make contact with their technical support team but chose to do so via their web chat service. You've found us at a time we had to take the site offline for a bit to work on some of the magic in the background. With the pay I was not able to get any benefits from the company at all since they would take up 50% of my paycheck. Nice people and challenging work.

Delivery options on the site are extremely misleading - when paying such a sum for pre-10.30am delivery and having ordered early morning you would assume same day dispatch which was not the case.
I would never recommend working for them and I certainly would NOT recommend using them as a company to find staff for your needs. No advancement. I was assured that they definitely had stock. IG culture is all about having each other's backs and carrying out our shared values. Contacted customer services via email to request refund in difference of postage paid between pre-10.30am and normal delivery and have heard nothing back in almost 2 weeks. Avoid at all costs. It’s a go to job but will create gaps in your resume due to the nature of project work. Benefits are terrible.

! They don't warn you of the charge before you make the call. Run by a bunch of young kids who have power control issues and they DO NOT care about your education or experience when its time to possibly promote. Be aware their T&Cs exclude any returns other than those where they are at fault.

They are a consulting firm with locations across the country. Rate your employer to help people make better career decisions. I admit to being apprehensive due to this many negative reviews, but I will certainly consider ordering from them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING URGENT!!
